SAN JOSE, CA:  October 15, 2007 - Fossum Creative, a marketing communications agency, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with The UpLevel Agency, a strategic business and marketing coaching company.  This joint venture involves Fossum Creative becoming the preferred source of direct response copywriting for UpLevel Agency clients while UpLevel will be working on branding, imagery and positioning of Fossum Creative.
